While I’ve spent over a decade working in Customer Experience, leadership, coaching, team development, training delivery, and high-level operations across the tech, operational intelligence, and startup spaces… I’ve also spent the last 20 years doing the deeper work: healing trauma, navigating grief, and learning how to make peace feel safe again.
