This is a 3-month 1:1 coaching container focused on practical leadership skills for founders with established teams and operational systems in place.

The work is grounded in behavior-based coaching centered around decision-making, delegation, communication, building trust, leadership presence, and managing team dynamics as your business grows. This isn’t general mindset support. It’s structured, strategic behavior and skill development designed to improve how you lead day to day.
