All clients begin with a 90-day initial retainer. This is where we do the deep work, audit what exists, build the foundation, and get everything running the way it should.
Weeks 1-2: Full operational audit and team alignment
Weeks 3-10: Workflow builds, tool setup, automation, and SOP development
Weeks 11-12: Live testing, refinement, team support, and roadmap delivery
Weeks 12+: After the initial 90 days, engagements move to ongoing monthly support.
If you are working toward an upcoming launch, we require a minimum of 90 days between kick-off and your launch date.

The Growth Partnership is intentionally limited. We work with a small number of clients at a time, so every business gets the depth of attention it deserves.
Investment starts at $2,500 per month for the initial 90-day engagement. After that, ongoing monthly support is scoped based on what your business needs as it grows.

We come in for a focused, three-week project, map the process, do the work, and hand it off fully documented and ready to run. Whether it's your ClickUp workspace, client onboarding system, or course platform, every project starts with a deep-dive session so the build is grounded in how your business actually works.
No ongoing commitment required. Just one thing, done right.

Every Done-For-You Project starts with a deep-dive workshopping session where we map your process, get clear on exactly what needs to be built, and plan the execution before anything gets touched.
From there, my team and I build it from start to finish. You get the full project delivered with a detailed video walkthrough, plus a live handoff call, so all your questions get answered.
The three project types we take on:
ClickUp Workspace Build: We work with you to map and design your core business processes and workflows, then build them directly into ClickUp. Up to 3 project spaces with custom lists, statuses, views, and task templates, built around how your team actually runs, not just how the tool works.
Client Onboarding System: We map your full client experience from the moment someone signs, then design and build the entire system, including intake, welcome materials, scheduling, automations, and any tools involved, so new clients are taken care of without you having to manage every step.
Course Platform Build: We work with you to define the structure, flow, and delivery experience of your course or membership program, then build it out in your existing or desired platform. You provide the content, we design and configure everything else, so it’s ready to launch.

Every project runs on a focused three-week timeline from kick-off to handoff. Projects are scheduled based on current availability and booked in advance, so if you have a deadline in mind, reach out sooner rather than later.
